Here is a Lefton mug I came across that is in pristine condition:
And a nice big box of Shiny Brites with a few 'made in West Germany' ornaments thrown in!
Does anyone know anything about this ornament? It has the same type of hanger as the German, but without markings...
Sighing with contentment.

That pink one with the stars must have made your day! I love church rummage sales the best. Especially if the parishioners who donate are elderly, because they've got the good stuff!
Very nice - and a Christmas find ANY time of year is wonderful!
Sonya, I do beleive YOU are the reason behind my year round vintage/thrift Christmas collecting!
Love those shiny brites, Sonya! ♥
I collect vintage Christmas as well. Your shiny cap bell appears to be a fairly modern reproduction. Quite a lot of repops of vintage glass ornaments (especially of the older German figurals) are being done these days -- the shiny caps are the clue.
The green bell shaped ornament is made by Krebs. I found red ones like yours on EBay today. Personally, I love Krebs ornaments, especially the fact that they are made in the USA.
Ohhh, Debra! I just went online and saw what you were talking about! Thanks for the info...those red ones are GORGEOUS!
