This one has been building. When I look back over my finds the past few years, I see them here and there. I have a hard time walking away from them. And when they have a Christmas theme to them? Puh. Leaze. They are coming home with Mama.
The Santa bank, made in Japan, was one of my latest Christmas finds...and the fact that he is a
bank as well?? Oh yeah, baby!

He is adorable! How tall is he? Great find! Stan
Yes, a Santa bank is something I want to add to my collection too! Just waiting for one to come along in my price range!
I love those old ceramic Christmas figures - whether it be Santas or angels, choir singers etc. I have yet to find one like yours, but you can bet that if I do I will add him to my collection! I keep telling myself that I simply HAVE to downsize a bit - but when it comes to vintage Christmas??
Not happening.
Stan, He is about 4 inches...
Carol, I will send good thrifting vibes your way!
Heidi Ann, I know exactly what you mean. I am so good at decluttering, but vintage christmas is NOT de-clutter-able:)
So cute :)
Love it! i can't resist those little felt covered Santas and Mrs. Clauses that hang on the tree. Their little plastic cherub faces are cute. Straight out of my childhood.

I have two of those wonderful Spaghetti Santa banks. I just love them! I found a Spaghetti santa head vase a week ago. Score!
