I'm curious how you attach the ornaments to the wreath. I made one last year for my sister using hot glue and she said some of the ornaments have fallen off while in storage for the last year. I was wondering if there is some trick I don't know! Thanks! Sarah
Hi Sarah, I use a high heat hot glue gun and a LOT of glue. I haven't ever had any ornaments fall off and that is considerable since we live in such an extreme temp climate.
Those dang ornaments are hard to find!! That is the problem I have run into before...actually I am stocked up pretty well right now since I try to buy them whenever and whereever I can find them!
You are inspiring me, Sonya - I LOVE your wreaths, have the supplies (including the recommended hot glue gun). Unfortunately, it's not at the top of the list yet - have some big cleaning/organizing projects first. But it's gonna happen! I'm thinking of taking some of my Hallmark ornaments and attaching them to a wreath, using green pipecleaners (don't want to glue them). I'll let you know how that works out. In the meantime, thanks for sharing your lovely wreaths!!

Lovely! I'm jealous! I'm thinking about making one with big vintage Christmas light bulbs since I can't get my hands on vintage ornaments! ♥
